       Thirty years together is a very beautiful time。

       Whenever I go to the business center, I see young faces and busy figures, as if I saw my college graduation when I entered the equipment company。

       So vibrant, so full of hope。

       In April 1993, I graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering of Hunan University with a master's degree. I caught up with the tide of the reform and opening up era. I was very lucky to step directly into the door of the equipment company that was famous in the foreign trade system at that time。

       At the time of registration, the company's office location is 38 Yutang Street, 6 floors, there is no elevator, more than ten departments, everyone is running upstairs and down, and greeting is smiling。

       The comrade in charge of personnel work in the office took me around the various departments and said that I was assigned to the newly established General Department to work, responsible for the market development of chemical products business, and then we went to the hospital to meet my first direct leader。

       I received induction training and work arrangements in front of the hospital bed of the department head, which gave me the feeling of a warm family。

       In early 1994, due to the health of the head of the department, the company restructured the department。

       I was reassigned to work in the documents department, which is similar to the company's current business center。Every day when I walk into the office building, I can hear the "rattling" typewriter sound of the documents department on the sixth floor from the first floor。

       So much so that many years later, I still keep the typewriter I used, as if it flowed with the temperature of my hands beating。

       At the beginning of 1996, the company's new office building on Baisha Road was completed, and the new look after the relocation, but with the change of foreign trade policy, the company's business is also adapting to The Times and constantly adjusting。

       I started to work in the office on the 17th floor in January 2001 and moved to the 18th floor in August 2020. I have been in the same office for 20 years, successively engaged in business merchandising, business management, quality system management, information system development, office personnel management, and trade union work。

       There have been days and nights when implementing projects, there have been heated disputes when discussing the system, there have been countless times of full confidence, and there have been countless times of hesitation。

       But I still feel like this is my other home。

       In the past 30 years, no matter what role I play, no matter what kind of ups and downs I encounter, I always maintain my enthusiasm and deep feelings, and work together with the company。

       When many foreign trade companies have withdrawn from the stage of history, whenever someone asks, "Where do you work?？I said, "Always at the equipment company," and they said in a surprised voice, "The equipment company is still there."。

       At this time, I always feel very proud。

       In April 2020, the company ushered in new changes, returned to the SASAC system, and was managed by state-owned Assets Group, brimming with new vitality;

       In April 2021, the Group further reduced the level of subordinate companies, optimized the business structure, merged the scientific equipment company to form a new equipment company, and moved the office from Tiji Building on Baisha Road to Science Equipment Building on Changdao Road, further expanding the members of the company family;

       In October 2023, one year after the company entered Xingxiang Group, it once again ushered in the joy of relocation。Under the deployment of the group, it moved to No. 522, Section 3, Furong Middle Road。

       I have been with equipment companies for 30 years, and I have witnessed the process of equipment companies constantly adapting to the changes of The Times and transforming development。The individual is very insignificant, but the complete integration of personal development into the development of the company is powerful and promising。

       My story with chassis stems from my professional and work experience。

       After I graduated from Huake in 1988, I was assigned to Puyuan Group, one of the four largest automobile crane manufacturers in China。During the period of working in the Uranyuan Foreign Economic and Trade Office, one of the important tasks was to introduce imported Mitsubishi truck crane chassis for large tonnage truck crane matching。

       I was responsible for the chassis exemption form and port customs declaration and delivery, and then resided in Beijing to handle chassis import quotas and import licenses, and every month to pick up cars at Shanghai Wusong Port. At that time, almost all the work was carried out around the imported chassis, and I formed a deep friendship with the chassis。

       In 1995, I got to know Mr. Miao of the complete Set Department of Hunan Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Company, and we participated in the bidding of the truck crane subcontract of Tonglingqiao World Bank loan project. Under the guidance of Mr. Miao, I completed the first bidding document and won the bid。

       The project lasted for several years, and the smooth progress of the project also made me forge a fate with the equipment company。

       In 2001, I resigned from Puyuan and went to Zoomlion Import and Export Department. Because of the work experience accumulated in Puyuan, I basically became familiar with Zoomlion. Although the task was heavy, I enjoyed it。

       Chassis imports are naturally part of my day job。Sweden's Volvo, Germany's Mercedes-Benz, and Japan's Isuzu and Hino chassis carry a variety of models of Zoomlion concrete pump trucks, concrete mixing trucks and other products Mercedes-Benz in the land of China, to create a new industrialization road and national infrastructure contributions。

       In 2002, Zoomlion's demand for imported chassis began to increase sharply, and the required import quota could no longer meet the production demand. At that time, I contacted She Wei, the manager of the third complete set of the equipment company, and cooperated with the equipment company to import chassis, so as to achieve a win-win situation。

       Since then, the equipment company has continued to work on the chassis project, and has passed the compliance due diligence of Volvo and Daimler, becoming the compliance business partner of Volvo and Daimler in China。

       Later, in addition to the chassis import business in the field of concrete machinery, the equipment company continued to open up new areas, and has developed many high-quality customers in the field of oil field reinstallation, fire trucks, road wreckers and other fields, and also introduced MAN and Renault chassis to the country。

       In 2013, I was lucky enough to join the team of the equipment company and worked in the second business department。At that time, the many chassis businesses of the second division of the business have become the fist business of the company, and some even contribute to half of the company's performance every year。

       However, in 2015, the market suddenly changed, the international oil price plummeted, the company's partner production shrank seriously, the order was small, the inventory was high, the capital turnover was not good, and the arrears to our equipment company reached tens of millions of yuan。In the face of crisis, the staff of the second department was not discouraged, carefully analyzed the market and did a good job of customer service, and finally recovered all the arrears。

       Business two in the import of chassis products for more than 20 years of hard work, continuous efforts, perseverance, 365 miles long way, from young to white head, there are too many scenery and moved。They've been exploring, passing the torch, and the chassis business is constantly evolving。
